Upsy

Delete your account

Last updated: 1 October 2026

This page is about the Upsy app, published by TC ADVANCED ANALITIQ SRL, trading as Tome Apps. It says how to delete your Upsy account and the data in it, what is deleted, what is kept, and for how long. You do not need the app installed to use it.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Upsy Pro is billed by Apple or Google, not by us. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or it keeps renewing.

1. In the app

  1. Open Upsy and go to Profile.
  2. Tap Delete account. The row is shown once your account is signed in with Apple or Google.
  3. Confirm by tapping Delete account again.

That marks the account for closure and signs you out immediately. The data is erased by a scheduled job 30 days later. If you sign back in within those 30 days, the closure is cancelled. The delay exists because the button is one tap from a screen people open to change the theme, and deleting an account cannot be undone.

2. By email

If you no longer have the app, or your account was never signed in with Apple or Google (an install that was never signed in has an anonymous account, and no Delete account button), ask us instead:

  1. Write to support@tomeapps.com from any address.
  2. Ask for your Upsy account to be deleted.
  3. Say which sign-in the account used, Apple or Google, and the email address on it, so that we can find it.

If the account was never signed in, tell us that, and include the approximate date you installed the app on that phone. An anonymous account carries no name or email, so we may not be able to tell which one is yours. We will tell you honestly whether we could identify it.

We answer within one month.

3. What is deleted

After the 30 days, or when we act on an emailed request:

4. What is kept, and for how long

5. Uninstalling the app

Uninstalling Upsy deletes everything it stored on the phone. It does not delete your account. Use one of the two ways above for that.

The full policy, including section 9 on how long each kind of data is kept, is in the Privacy Policy.
